Fullblood Wagyu
Fullblood Wagyu is just what it sounds like...100% DNA Verified Wagyu Genetics. 100% Fullblood Wagyu is the best tasting beef you will find. These genetics originated from Japan and were imported to the US around the 90's. Not only is Wagyu the best tasting meat out there, but it's also a much healthier red meat. With all of the marbling comes monosaturated fat (the good fat) and includes Omega-3 & Omega-6, which are known to lower the risk of heart diseases. These animals are very docile. They tend to take a bit longer to grow, but are worth the extra time, just like a fine wine.
